Italian Wild Arugula, Sylvetta, yellow, robust and aromatic cultivar with strongly pinnatifid dark-green foliage, perennial, culinary herb.
The leaves are oblong, pinnate, with a mustard-nutty taste, more pronounced than that of indau (cultural arugula). The aroma is also more intense.
Greens are rich in carotene, B vitamins, iodine, ascorbic acid, eating it fresh increases the level of hemoglobin in the blood and helps to eliminate "bad" cholesterol.

Sowing directly into open ground from mid-April to a depth of 0.5 cm. Seedlings appear on the 5-7th day. The culture supplies fresh greens from May to October. Remove flower stalks regularly if you are not planning on seeding. It develops well on light neutral soils without excess organic matter during solar exposure.
